- Certified Kennel Operator through Pet Care Services Association.
- Red Cross Certified in Pet CPR and First-Aid.
- Founder/Director Fast Track Institute of Pet Careers- campuses in Montana and AUSTRALIA.
- Owns a membership-only luxury pet resort in Montana.
- Delivered her first puppy by herself at age five while her mom was busy on the phone, after being told there were no more puppies on the way!
- Survived nearly-fatal Rottweiler attack in her kennel in 1998.
- Travels internationally as a motivational speaker to talk about attack and how she overcame the adverstity.
- Speaks at pet care conferences all over the globe as well.
- Nicknamed the Bloodhound because of her tenacity, loyalty, and perserverance.
- Provides freelance articles for many pet industry trade magazines.
- Has a customized motorcoach or ”office on wheels” which makes it possible for her to relocate to consulting sites when necessary.
- Is married to her best friend/partner/man-of-her-dreams.
